Not offering goods at price quoted gen atitdue

I travelled up to WHK from Oranjemund to pick up IPad mini on price quoted by manager of branch. Upon arrival the price went up, the manager was not available to see the client and we left... no Ipad mini. General poor customer attitude. Bad service out and out.
