I bought the monitor in December as my Christmas present which I only started using when my nephews came to watch 3d movies and too my surprise everyone was complaining about double images when viewing using the LG glasses was even playing them with my Bluray LG 3d player and also the screen went off while viewing movies.
Since I was busy at work I could only take it in today and they claimed I cant get a refund or replacement and have to send it to LG to test with 1 month wait which doesnt help my work with 3d autocad and other things.
The technicians knew so little about pc's and especially 3d technology and I was teaching them about it since I am an AIT Support Engineer in MSCE, N & A, Autocad GIS and have no idea how they got the job yet I struggle to get one for the same work.
I would like them to refund me so I can purchase a different model/make 3d monitor for work, cause they will never fix the other and the warranty will run out with them and the CPA act claiming I can ask for a refund before the 6 months are up and its only 2 1/2 months and which means I wont be able to do my work causing me to spend another R2000 on another 3d monitor which is a waste of R2000.
