2 years ago I moved my websites from a bigger Hosting Company to ZA Webs as the previous company never replied to my queries and could not even be contacted directly via telephone. The change did not start off good as the server was hijacked and many of my updates were lost.
BUT - despite the bad start I am so glad I did choose ZA Webs. I always get hold of Sam who is willing to help. If I phone or email and cant get through immediately Sam always get back mostly within hours. The help and advice he gives is fantastic and he goes beyond obligations of being "only" a host.
He has helped me out with preventing spam, setting up new mail addresses, analyzing error messages, problem with module displays, finding and removing threatening, backups, how to do 301 redirecting and information all related to my Joomla websites that he told me from the beginning was not his area of expertise... With this company I am not only another invoice to process - what is important to me is important to them!
