I sent a complaint on 29 April and to date the store manager hasn't phoned back or responded to my complaint. Does the store manager not follow up or respond to customer complaints? This is really disappointing for a customer to lodge a complaint and more than 30days no response from such a big company like JET. I'm very very disappointed as I still don't know why I did not qualify for fashion vouchers as in your ads?? Can someone please take the time to call me and explain this?
