I posted a complain to Hellopeter.com on monday 18 february 2013 about a bad service from 24 hour mobility cellphone insurance. Tuesday morning around 10am l got a reply email saying the matter is now under investigation. That very same same tuesday in the afternoon l got a call from 24 hour mobility saying l should go to mtn and collect a new handset. l had struggled with this case for more than 2 months and finally l'm sorted out.
