Approximately 5 years ago I bought a bag to carry my notebook to and from clients. 3 weeks ago the main zip stripped and I could not close the bag properly any more. Through the website I sent an email to the Notebook Company about getting it repaired and received a very prompt reply from Dawie who informed me that all Targus bags carry a lifetime guarantee and I should visit one of the Targus Sales centres.
I went to CDS Targus in Midrand and was helped by Sandra behind the counter. There were no questions asked at all. Sandra merely looked at my old bag and immediately replaced it with a brand new bag. I was resigned to either repairing my old bag or even replacing it.
If ever I need another computer bag of any type, I will only purchase Targus branded bags from here on in. The service and more importantly
