Signed service contract for A TOSHIBA printer in Johannesburg. Since the day it was installed it has never worked properly. We gave TOSHIBA numerous opportunities to correct, which they were unable to do. The last straw was when a TOSHIBA their service technician, while on a service call, started to shout at me and staff, After weeks of frustration, we decided to draw a line and gave them notice to cancel the service agreement as it was affecting our service delivery to clients. We have since reinstalled our old Samsung printer and it works fantasitcally. Now TOSHIBA are distorting the facts and claiming we did not allow them sufficient opportunity to correct. Exactly how many weeks do you need to get a printer to work??
