No detailed answer to enquiry

I lodged an enquiry about my Bank Manger that dissapeared from my Process tab.
Now suddenly they do not want to help because it is a support issue, which I do not subscribe to.
1) the program worked fine, then suddenly it dissapeared
2) how do I know that they do not sabbotage programs on purpose so that we HAVE to take support?

This has nothing to do with support, I pay for a product, that they now do not deliver.
It also seems that they answer e mails in bulk / electronically, without actually answering clients e mails

I need this sorted out or to get an idea as to how to sort this out.
