Outsurance referred my car to be fixed A1 PANEL & SPRAY. The guy named Donovan accepted my car on Monday morning and told me it would be fixed in 3-4 days. It took longer than that, I did not mind it taking longer to be fixed but I had an issue with him not communicating with me. On Friday I was told (after I called them) the car would be ready at 16:00. I was made to wait until 17:30 because the car was not ready. Donovan then told me the right top light was not fixed and that he would send someone to fix it Monday. It's Tuesday today and I'm still waiting. I called the shop and he told the secretary that he told me he would call me when the light is ready, I have witnesses who would refute his claims.
