Very Bad Repairs

I wish I had Hello Peter'd this company before sending my laptop to them.
I sent my laptop in for a quote via Discovery Insure, it returned to me more damaged than when it went in, the battery would no longer charge, the screen wouldn't work, there were screws were missing underneath, this is after having it for almost 2 week. I then contacted them and advised Herman in technical repairs, he collected again, and said he would sort it out, then after calling him daily, and he never calling me, it was sent to 2 different suppliers to try and fix the damage they caused, he didnt return any of my calls, I then got Dawie the sales manager involved a week ago, for him to tell me sorry they haven't received a report from the second company will take another day, well after calling him every day, to be told another day, not once has he actually called me, he then did the same process all over again with that Herman did, with promises to call; me, and still nothing, now my laptop which I run my business from is there for a month, and we are no further!! Apparently still awaiting a report in writing by the 2nd company!! Now they want me to pay for their damages to the motherboard at R2800!
