When you say you close at 16h00 and I let you know I am on my way to collect my order and get to your gate at 15h55 and there is NO-ONE there it is unacceptable. I did let you know how important it was that I get this order before tomorrow (saterday as you are not open) Now I have to make another plan on a Friday night. I got hold of your neighbor and she tried to contact various people in your company with no success. To everyone else I would strongly recommend you use someone else.
