I reported Rawson Properties on this site and after the feedback of utterly disgusted, I got an e-mail from the franchisee stating:
"To be honest Lorraine - the people who use this site are unfortunately brainless to say the least - I shall be suing this dear woman as i did another tenant who without understanding their agreement accused us of UNETHICAL practices - the unethical practices are actually from the tenants themselves - if she had read the lease agreement she would see that she does not have a RENTAL deposit but a Damage deposit which is NOT HELD BY US but by the owners - the admin fee is paid to us as a once off - and of course not refundable - SHE DOES NOT PAY her rent and then has the audacity to spend time talking rubbish -
WE do not keep any form of deposits, - had she gone through the correct route as i explained to her on a couple of occasions perhaps she would have spared herself and us of this BULL "
Am I brainless cause I love this site? It keeps most companies in check and lets consumers know who to use and who not...(that's my opinion of course).
