Spamming store wont say where they got my details

I never hand out my contact details, so when Nick spammed me I asked him how he came across them so I could remove my name from that list.
At first he refused to reply, but after a few emails he sent (what he must think is hilarious) a reply asking if I still want to receive his spam.

I kept asking him, but instead of telling me he just offered some stupid voucher to his store. Thanks Nick but a spam free mailbox is worth all the vouchers I could possibly get from your store.

I've added my details to the DMASA do not contact list which makes it unlawful to spam me, unfortunately that doesn't stop irresponsible business' like iBreak Repair Center.
