Bad service received from LG and PC Mart

Very bad service received. Long story... I bought 4 TV's from a LG dealer in Potchefstroom 2012. After a year one unit have no picture. Neither LG nor the dealer PC Mart Potchefstroom can assist me with a borrow-unit until repair has been done.
