Some time ago I bought two high-end Linksys routers from Micro-D. Over the last two or so weeks both started acting up, and then a week ago the one router completely died.
I contacted Graham Bray @ Micro-D, and he directed me to Shashie, who offered to collect the routers from my home personally as he stays in the area, and I needed the replacement routers as fast as possible.
After the routers were collected from my home on Monday, I only had to wait 3 working days, and on the fourth day Shashie told me that the replacement routers have arrived. The new routers was delivered later that day, again by Shashie, and my home network was up and running again in less than a week.
Not only did I have a pleasant customer service experience, but one of the replacement routers was actually an upgraded model of the one I had!
