Service levels went from Good to SHOCKING!

I never thought I would have to complain on here about this BUT now I am venting my frustration!!!
One of the Microsoft engineers installed Office Home and Business 2013 on my laptop, Samsung NP300E5C 16 May 2013. The laptop had a physical flaw in the physical design and was replaced with a better faster Samsung 350V. Now I found a flaw in Excel 2013, told a Microsoft person about it. She noticed the issue too and proceeded to download a new image (my one was `corrupted') anyhow - when her installation didn't work - she proceeded to escalate to 2nd-level support. 2nd-level support told me that 1st level support had downloaded Office Professional 2013 (which was WRONG). Anyhow - she uninstalled it and set to download a new image (2.1GB). I extracted and ran this installation and encountered more problems. I was told that I could call on Saturday "9am-4pm" but this wasn't the case as only the basic activations of product can be done. Anyhow - the person I called on 0860225567 hung up on me at 12:44pm after being connected for 15 minutes. I'm already without Office for 3 days, not I have to wait until MOnday. NOT IMPRESSED at all!
