It was one of those days, important meeting, important presentation and nothing seemed to go according to plan. My Samsung notebook had failed on me at a crucial time while I was revising 2 hours before my meeting. I phoned the Samsung contact centre and with me being here in Sandton and the urgency of my problem to be resolved they advised me to take my laptop to CRT. The whole team that I dealt with managed to turn my whole day into one of the most memorable days ever! From the time that I arrived until only 15 minutes later I have been treated like THE most important customer in the world. I have been greeted and treated with smiles from start to finish. I would like to extend a special thanks to everyone that assisted me in delivering an awesome presentation on time! Well done to CRT Management and team!
