Ralph is I think the gent's name at PC International's technical division to whom I would like to extend a complement. He has assisted me on numerous occasions and I am constantly impressed by his knowledge and helpful attitude. Knowledge and helpfulness rare commodities in the city of Johannesburg and particularly in this industry for reasons I fail to understand. If Ralph doesn't earn at least the title of employee for the year than I just don't know. Management at PC International also seem to be very helpful.
