I called the Dell service center today to report that one of my USB ports is not working and that my VGA does not function correctly. They informed me that they will not replace the VGA Port as they "think" by unplugging it everyday it may cause physical damage. I use my laptop everyday and work in IT I attach it to an external monitor i have to disconnect everyday to take it home. This is ridiculous and I have 3 year warranty with them.
