August 14 2013 i sent through my Proof of payment as per request from Lushane, i have called several times since then, with Confirmation that my proof has been received, i have been promised a reply email, of which i will reply to with my banking details so that i can receive my Refund amout worth R318.
2 Weeks later, i have still not been attended to even after making follow ups.
