I have taken my BenQ projector for repairs and was said after I made payment it will be fixed within 6 - 8 weeks.
There slogan is "Where service is Excellence"
Not once did any one phone or email me to say they have problems obtaining the part. They are quick to ask to pay for repairs but cant let you know what is going on
I phoned this morning to ask about my projector again, and I was told that they cant email all there customers to let them know what is going on with their Machines.
I wonder where is the service Excellence
