Our printer started to have alot of problems with printing simple documents. We replaced the cartridges but didnt help much. I phone the call centre were I spoke to Ria. She was very helpful and sorted my problem in one hour. She said that the broken parts will be send in 7-10 working days. But believe it or not it was sent TWO days after our call. What great service!! It is great to still have companies that really are there for you when you need them and really have the most excellent customer service!!! Thanks Ria!!!
