Not only are the employees rude, incompetent, inefficient, arrogant and unqualified even for something as simple stock checks, I pre ordered a game and went to fetch it on its release date, yet BT games had not delivered it to their branches, this it the exact opposite of the meaning of pre ordering a game, and this isn't the first time this happened to me, from now on I advise others to pre order games from [URL Removed] or [URL Removed] at least they can deliver on time without any bad atitude
