I order online clothing. I received notification that my order left from Canal walk to East Londen. I am staying in Kleinzee and question the delivery to East London. I received a mail from your help line confirming courier company delivered. I indicated I did not received and request delivery address. NExt I receive a mail apologizing for the lost item and i will be refunded. I reply that this is unacceptable as purchase other clothing to match/set and there is no more size for me to re-order.
Since the 3rd of October Miladys is just ignoring me. take note I will now make use of all social platforms even Hello Peter.
