I brought 3 silk blouses to the store at Dainfern Square to get them cleaned and pressed in late February for 850R. When I picked them up they were stained (one looked like a burn as there was a crease ironed into it) and wrinkled. I reported that and received a What's App message asking if they could try and fix the issues. That was March 7th. On May 23rd, they asked to bring them to my work to show me them. (This is after weeks of messaging back and forth-usually me trying to get a status update and them not following through on whatever they told me after.) They were more wrinkled (she told me she’d forgot to hang them up in the car on the way there) and still stained (because once you process and iron something with stains, if there is something there-you set it.) I expressed my frustration AGAIN. The problem is still the same only now they’ve dragged me through months of having to deal with their ineptitude. And she asks for more time. Until the following Monday. Oh, also offers me free cleaning—as if I’d ever let them touch anything I cared about ever again. The following Monday, I hear that she needs until the end of this week. It’s Saturday and I have never met with more negligence or incompetence in my life. I strongly recommend you do not take anything there you care about either. Ridiculous.
