Bought some leggings at discount fashion only to find out that I cannot return when I discover that it is small, the manager told me that I cannot return it because it is an under wear, I don't know who wear leggings as an under wear but that is not true, and the fact that it is not stated on their slip made difficult for me to understand why they could not accept it, with the price tag in it and the slip
