Have also bought a vehicle from Orion Motor Group in September 2012, it was a mess from day 1. They told me that I can bring it in as I have the money to repair the small stuff. However, there were more wrong with this car than only minor-stuff. Oil leak, Petrol-leak just to begin with. I got an old battery when I bought the vehicle. In the first week of February 2013 I was stranded alongside the road with a broken down car, single female i might add. Since then I haven't seen my car, and also don't get any feedback from them, not even the Manager. I also never missed a payment or held back a payment. Everytime I phone in to see what the progress is the response is the same "we are waiting for the parts", "we received the wrong parts" "the mechanic is off-sick". Well, we pay hard earned money for these vehicles and expect a service. And as a divorced female with no other income or transport this is becoming a real pain in the backside for me, even getting to work becomes a problem now. These people dont know the first thing about mutual trust, and I have also been forced to seek outside help.
