I broke down yesterday and called for a tow truck. we dealt with constance in the call centre. it took 3 hours to get a tow truck to us near kyalami outside waterfall estate. when the driver does eventually arrive, he has a major attitude problem.
we get the car loaded on the truck and start to head home. he is riding riding right up the tail of the vehicle in front, pushing his way into lanes nearly causing accidents and talking on his cellphone while driving and getting onto the highway.
i have had more pleasurable and less stressful rides in kombi taxis!!!
i will never ever use first for towing ever again and will tell all my friends not too either!!!
