SPEECHLESS - WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

I booked my Chevrolet CRUZE for a service at GENERAL MOTORS (GORDONIA MOTORS) in Upington.
Upon arrival I should have realised this is a mistake leaving my car there. The service department staff was so extremely unprofessional and by 3pm that day I didn't hear a word from them to update me about my car. Long story short, they didn't know what car was mine, what needed to be done wasn't done, needed my hand brake to be adjusted and I was told the mechanics didn't know how to do it. My wheels needed to be rotated and I had to pay extra for it only to realise it wasn't even done. Money was out of my car, and I know you should not leave any valuables in he car, it was loose change, but the principle of the story is how ridiculous and extremely unprofessional is it to charge a client for something and knowing the job wasn't even done. I doubt that my car was even serviced. It blows my mind that they are still trading and not closed down. A number of people I spoke to afterwards experienced the same thing. This story is only half of what I experienced that day. If you are ever in Upington and you car needs service, please do not take it there.
