When I took my car to Hyundai Welkom, I was informed my rear shocks were worn out, due to the ordering process I resolved to repair them in witbank where I reside. The Witbank dealership told me it was not covered under warranty without further enquiring. I later complained to Head Office and it was decided that its covered under warranty. Its been over two months and the parts have still not arrived. My car is having problems braking in time and my brand new tyres are being worn out.
I would like to know how I can further escalate this to their Head Office or some motoring body. The staff is rude and and inconsiderate. How can you risk a persons life by being inefficient?
I would never recommend Hyundai to any person and have had terrible encounters with their Witbank dealership many times. Right now because iv complained so many times I can never be sure if they will purposely sabotage my car.
