From the word go!
My car was bought cash, when delivered the car was the wrong one, a week later the proper car was delivered. No one even asked me for the colour, they just assumed white.
The car has been in 4 times, for odd things which have now got to such a huge safety issue.
Every single car I have owned has been a VW, the car is a month old, still has terrible issues with it.
All the dealer principal can say is " take it up with VW SA".
I am so disappointed, and I hate driving the new car. The steering wheel making a noise, the engine makes a strange noise and the wind noise and airbag that has to be replaced is just to much.
Disappointment at this, just does not explain how upset I feel about my car.
