Electric window switch

On the 8th of March 2013 i went to GM Boksburg to buy a electricwindow switch for my Chev Aveo, there was one item left at the factory in PE.I paid for the part (R431) on witch they said they will courier it for me from there. A week later Mohamed phoned me and said the courier guy was involved in an accident in witch the box with my part was (MIA), so now they have to order one from Korea. Since then every week i phone Mohamed he has got an excuse of they are still waiting for the part from Korea, witch has now been 5 weeks. On request of a refund they said they cant give me the cash, but can only give me a compony-check. Mohamed's words to me was, it will take approx 21 working days to be delivered from Korea... and today is the 20th of April already and still no delivery... Everytime i speak to Mohamed, all he says is we are still waiting..no effort at all. The last time my wife spoke to him, on witch she said he was very rude and unprofessional with her, to me it feels like i have thrown money in the water...
