Booked it on expedia, it was the cheaper option but just be prepared to be shocked, annoyed, frustrated then give in hopelessly only to get billed for things that you haven't agreed on, frustrated again, angry and then writing complaints on hello peter. Rented a car for a reasonable price but since I did not want the daily damage and cover I had to put down a hefty deposit, fine I did only to be charged the daily cover anyway. Why they tell you one thing and do another is just a representation of the poor customer service that we receive in South Africa and we except all too passively. Now I have the pleasure of trying to retrieve that money but have yet to get any response from Europcar after several calls. So yeah take your chances, my guess they will get you one way or other.
