Our parcel was mislaid by TNT. After affording them enough time to recover our goods we were forced to have the goods remanufactured and reshipped by our supplier. TNT were informed and agreed that all credits pertaining to the parcel would be passed, including Mr Akaloos agreement to take the goods that were subsequently found and destroy them in return for a credit to our account of the value of the goods. He also agreed to pass all freight charges pertaining to the lost parcel as well as the replacement parcel. TNT have now reneged on this agreement by their representative Mr Akaloo.
