And the poor service continues...
After receiving an email from Frasers (Colleen) to inform me that the insurance company would contact me I have heard nothing back even after enquiring as to what the delay is. As we live in an area with poor reception I also requested that they contact me by email. It is unbelievable how pathetic service becomes after your money is in their pocket. They simply don't acknowledge receipt of emails because they are too "busy" and apparently taking 30 seconds to respond is way too time consuming. I also sent this report to the manager, Rene, and she is yet to take a moment to respond. If you are relocating beware... first impressions are not lasting in this case. You will be ignored, the consultant who came to see you will not make contact with you again to follow up if you have a problem and this seems to be the way AGS Frasers operate as nobody understands the concept of customer service there. Steer clear of them and all affiliated to them. Youy are better off with a cheaper alternative, arrange your own insurance, as the risk will be the same, but you will save money.
