Trying to shift blame on customer driving

My 2011 mitsubishi triton 2.4mpi petrol double cab with 27000km on clock started to shudder on take off, i sent it in for a check up, i was informed that the clutch was burned as per driver negligent.but as i am only driver of tha bakkie, i find it strange that i damaged my clutch because i am also the regular driver of ford bantam2006 with 180 000 km which i bought new and a hyundai h100 bakkie 2007 with 122 000km also new and on both vehicles i have not changed clutch even after using ford & hyundai to tow my boat on trailer with gvm of 740 kg, but i only towed my boat to midmar dam (27 km) from my home three times wth triton (salesman informed that triton was good to tow my boat) and now i find i have a burnt clutch. I bought triton for luxuary towing and comfort but it does like i am going to injoy my purchase. I also purchaced a extended maintenance plan but i am now been forced to pay for the repairs .garden city motors aslo cannot furnish me with my mainenance contract wording after requisting for it about 1 month.i furnished garden city with my invoice which has got the mainenance plan on it.
