Guess my pencil wasnt sharp enough

As a consumer and someone that works in the service industry, I know what service is all about. I am disgusted by the after sales service received from William Simpson Tokai.

Purchasing my vehicle a year ago seemed hassle-free, in fact i received phenomenal service (but i guest that happens when they want your sale) I should have known that would be the calm before the storm.

A year passed and I needed to take my vehicle for a service, that experience became my biggest nightmare, from being told that I can service my car at any dealership to being left with no return calls from Tania Sumner and Mr Simpson himself.

The day I needed them the most, I was left with a run around situation that i needed to fix myself.

A few bucks later I finally received my car, what I didn't understand was if I had a service plan why would I need to pay for my cars service.

Its been exactly a week, and still have not received feedback from Tania nor Mr Simpson regarding my matter.

At the end of this all William Simpson Tokai Dealership did was let me pick up the broken pieces and put me out to be a.
