BMW South Africa
Unprofessional Conduct

I took my car two weeks ago after it was not fixed properlythe first time to Clearwater BMW. We did the car inspection as expected, but fetching my car it ha a dent on the boot and rear bumper. I was told the manager Hennie will contact me on Tuesday the 02nd April 2013 but this never happened. I was very persitent in calling and demanded that he calls me or will escalate until he called me on 05th at 16h50.To cut the long story short, he asked to bring the car on Wednesday which did with a clear understanding that it will take two days given that I would attending the funeral in Durban that week. I recieved a call from Ayanda stating contracry to the agreement but promised to get my car on Friday 12th April 2013. Despite this my still had terrible stench of petrol despite being just serviced which they promised to look into. Again on Friday I recieved a call from Ayanda stating that I still cannot have my car, I was very saddened and upset moreover that I sensitised the dealer about my emminent trip. I recieved a toyota Auris that was filthy dirty, tyre puncture and no petrol. I was delayed and could not be on time for my important meeting on Thursday. I feel terrible about this
