I have serviced my Pajero at the Somerset West branch a total of 3 times. Every time there has been a problem. I previously serviced my car at the Bloemfontein branch and always has excellent service. My first service, they returned a dirty car to me, not properly washed with oil spills all over my engine. I had to phone them and arrange for a re-wash. Maybe something insignificant, but I did not receive an apology. The second time, they did not put enough oil in and I was running on empty. When I checked the oil at my next fill up, to my surprise, there was very little oil in. Again I needed to go back and have it sorted out with no apology. The third time was now recently 2/4/2013. Today I noticed that my car (after the service on 2/4/2013) is leaking a major amount of oil. On inspection it seems that there is a seal that is broken and my whole garage floor is full of oil. They changed the engine, gearbox and differential oils during the service, now it is unsafe to drive. Today is Saturday and can only take the car back Monday! This is really the last time I will deal with this branch. The level of workmanship is pathetic!
