Nissan South Africa
Brand New Pathfinder engine falling apart

To whom it may Concern.

I bought a Brand New Nissan Pathfinder in January this year, almost R500 000! Nissan Stellenbosch

Since I had the car it's been issues on issues! I will try and make it short and easy to get right to the point.

Problems:

- Since the very first day I complained about the fact the GPS does not pick up addresses I typed in.
- I battled to get the boot properly closed, it keep jumping back when you closed the lit.

They tried to sort the GPS out, but till today some addresses are just not found.

BUT then;

3 week after I got a BRAND new vehicle my engine started Himming... sounds like a snake hissing.

- I called in, Cassie the service manager took it for a ride and said this does not sound well.
- Also The car loses power on a low speed going up a hill (when stuck behind a truck for example).
- Then this car starts shaking and making a very 'gory' noise.
- BUT, after inspection they came back and said this noise is 'within' Nissans acceptable noise level... wow?!?
- I then took the car to DISA auto a very well respected Car service company in the Strand, these guys told me there are serious problems, between the Gearbox, the turbo and... can't remem
