Unproffessional, unethical and NO customer care

I wanted a car from another branch and asked if they could arrange it for me. I was to in order to try and push me into a car on their lot. After catching them out, they were suddenly able to find me what i wanted. During the deal I requested that the service which it required needed to be done before I took the car.

The finance person attempted to add things to my contract that I did not know about and then tried to find ways to hide to convince me that he had removed the costs when in fact he had not. This took three times before I finally got what I originally asked for.

Due to the history I had the service checked and found that it had not been done as I was told. It was done only after I addressed the DP with a letter of complaint. Since then ive heard nothing and more problems are arising aswell as service books and warranty books are still outstanding. I have addressed a second letter and will be taking this much further as it seems the only way to get things done with these people. I wish I never dealt with this company.
