Failure to deliver goods

I paid this company on the 4th of October 2012 to have my goods delivered to Brisbane. I was recently informed by one of their workers that they are in dire financial difficulties and will ship goods as money come in. We are 12th on the list and it might take up to 24 weeks before they will ship my goods. So they need to rob Peter to pay Paul?

The MD Denis Kaye also does not keep his word when promising to communicate with you. I have sent numerous emails and made many phone calls. I am really disappointed by their lack to delive
