Delaying to repair my ca

On the 15Jan 2013, my car was booked for repairs and my insurance on the 18 Jan the assessor assessed the car and paid, in Feb the ordered spares to dealer which it took a month to deliver after intervention from me and they were deliver and Roxanne promised to get a car before Easter, now its a week after Easter and she kept on saying it went to spraying after 5days, and now is at assembly stage. On the day my insurance paid i asked her the expected time frame for car to be repaired and she said its 2weeks. Renew-it in sandton they have poor customer service.
