This morning I had taken my car for service at a VW dealership in Braamfontein and I was asked by the service adisor what time would be convenient for me to have the car ready for collection. I teh told him that I would like to have the car ready by 13:00. It's not 15:30 and i have not heard any communication from Albert, when I called him he told me that the wiper blades fro my car have been ordered and they are only to be delivered at 16:30. This was not communicated with me earlier and I would have made a plan to rganize my day so that I don't loose out on time for the meeting I had to attend n Sandton at 14:30.
I want those wiper blades to be fitted tomorrow (04 April) at the location that I would be parked in. I work less than 2 or 3 km away from the dealership and I though it would be convenient for me to use them. I am not happy with the way the service advisor is dealling with my issue and the fact that I lost out on a meeting with a client makes me sick. This kind of not communicating with clients is not acceptable on my side and I would like somethinf constructive and beneficial to me to happe. I'm very upset
