I purchased a window mechanism from Goldwagen roodepoort 2 weeks ago
The unit was installed in my bmw 320i and worked perfectly well until yesterday
I have the receipt to prove that I purchased it from the GW branch in Roodepoort.
When I asked them to replace the unit they told me I have to wait two weeks for them to come back to me on whether they will refund me or not.
They told me I could buy a new one while I wait...
I got in touch with the CPA and they told that this is not complaint with the law.
I find this attitude revolting and not consumer friendly.
