I applied for a Tata indica and received it two weeks ago after being helped by a very helpful and friendly lady over the phone after receiving my contract and car things started to become funny as I still don't have my number plates or registration papers. after phoning almost 17 times and leaving endless messages no one seems to know how to help as I am being told that their only a call centre and they cannot help but don't even want to give a number where you are supposed to phone!! I really thought that being helped by Nadine that the company is not so bad as all the complaints I just read on this site but it seems that its all true bad, bad, bad service! my number plates is expiring this week on 08-05-2013 so if I get a fine they will just be paying for me!
