Missed delivery efficiency

I recently won a cell-phone from a South African radio station and they chose to use PostNet to deliver it to me (and I'm guessing the other prize winners). I initially missed the first drop off date, and the call to my cellphone that came with it, but the number not being familiar I forgot about it until a week later, when I was wondering when my prize was coming, I thought to call it, and found out it was PostNet. I dealt with Lee/Leigh the whole time from the call centre and she was wonderfully efficient, calling me back only a few minutes after she said she would, as well as sorting everything out for me with minimum effort from me, and minimum time wasted. Due to my irregular/unpredictable times that I am at home, she got it delivered to the Claremont branch where the staff were also friendly and quick despite me getting there just before closing. Great all-round performance by PostNet and they will be my first choice of courier if I ever need one.
