Non fullfull on agreements & breach of contract

I have been experiencing major problems with the dealership where i purchased a vehicle both before the sale and thereafter and still now after i took possession nearly 3 months later.

I would like to make an official complain against the dealership and certain of its employees and would appreciate your assistance in this regard.

Many of the conditions of sale were not met and the after sales are non existent.
