Extemely Poor service

I purchsed my Kia Picanto in 2011, once the car was 4 months it developed this rattle noise which troubled me for a brand new car. I gave it in to Kia northcliff and at the time Jan Mulder was working there. the car was booked in and they said it was sorted out, however the rattle noise was back again. I gave it in the second time to them for the same problem and again they advised me it was sorted out, however the rattle noise came back again. I then complained to Kia south africa and they handed the matter over to Jan Mulder who now works in Kia weltevreden. they booked my car in, replaced the alternator for the rattle noise. I did advise them i am going to durban for a holiday. On the 8th of March i just passed Pmb and my car totally broke down, the lights went off, radio went off, i had half tank petrol, it went empy.
The car came to a complete stand still and i had my wife and 4 month old baby with me, the car had to be towed to Kia pinetown who advised me the reason this happened is that the alternator was not wired properly. this is unacceptable.

the poor service from jan mulder needs to be addresed.
