I have traded in my Peugeot for a Proton at Jean-dor Motors. A year later when it was time to take out my license for the Proton I couldn't get the license for the Proton since Jean-dor Motors hasn't taken the Peugeot of my name and put the Peugeot in his dealer stock. At this stage we have called him numerous times to find out the reason why he did not take the Peugeot's license out and he doesn't want to take any of our calls. It will cost us an amount of R1 000.00 to scrap the Peugeot and it will cost Jean-dor Motors nothing to put the Peugeot in his dealer stock. we cannot find out the reason why he doesn't want to do this and at this stage I need to drive without a valid license for my Proton. I do not know what to do. I have lodge a complaint with the consumers board but don't know what to do next to get the Peugeot of my name to get the license for the proton. Danie from Jean-Dor motors can surely afford to pay R1 000.00 so why doesn't he do it. I don't earn so much and R1000.00 is a lot for me but a Dealer surely do have this amount
